We find Gusto well-organized and easy to navigate. While some users have noted the software’s increasing number of glitches, most users report that the software is easy to use. A dashboard shows the most important payroll information for both employers and employees; a sidebar gives quick access to major features.
Gusto does not handle the implementation process unless you’re on its Premium plan. While this means more work, it also means you will probably save a lot of time instead of waiting weeks for your software to be implemented.
